Prairie Fields Homeowner Association Bylaws
The Bylaws are the guidelines for the operation of the HOA. The Bylaws define the duties of the various offices of the Board of Directors, Accounting, the membership's voting rights, required meetings and notices of meetings, elections, as well as other specific items that are necessary to run the Association as a business.
The board has developed and approved an Energy Policy Statement as required by the Illinois Homeowners' Energy Policy Statement Act (765 ILCS 165/1) to address the use of renewable energy within the PFHOA. The PFHOA Energy Policy Statement sets reasonable rules and guidelines for solar energy systems, as well as composting systems, rain water collection systems, and prohibits wind energy systems. The Policy is provided below as a PDF.
