The board has developed and approved an Energy Policy Statement as required by the Illinois Homeowners' Energy Policy Statement Act (765 ILCS 165/1) to address the use of renewable energy within the PFHOA. The PFHOA Energy Policy Statement sets reasonable rules and guidelines for solar energy systems, as well as composting systems, rain water collection systems, and prohibits wind energy systems.
