HOA ASSESSMENT INFORMATION
The Annual Assessment rate is set at $100.00 per dwelling (home), and is due June 1. You will receive a bill in the mail and via email annually in May. Balances not paid in full by July 1 began accruing 1.5% interest per month until the balance is paid in full. If you are unsure how much you owe, or if you have any questions about your account, you can email our accountant.
PAYING DUES BY CHECK
You may pay online or with a check. For your convenience, check payments can deposited in the HOA drop box. The drop box is located on Prairie Rose Lane between Sunflower and Dropseed, on the West side of the street (across the street from Carrie Busey Elementary School.

Online payments can only be made through a direct link from our accountant, Kemper CPA Group. If you did not receive an email with a link from Kemper CPA(Loni Trimble), and you prefer to pay online, you can request an electronic invoice and statement with a link to pay dues.
