The Prairie Fields Homeowner Association (PFHOA) intends to enter a 1-year contract to provide common area maintenance and lawn care.  A subcontract for services may be acceptable but only one contract will be executed for all services and the vendor will be responsible for any or all subcontractors.

Bids, including bid submittal form and requested attachments, must be received by 5:00 pm on April 4, 2014.  The PFHOA Board of Directors will meet on April 7, 2014 to review and approve the contract for successful bidder.  Notification will be made to the successful bidder on April 11, 2014.

Need a closing letter, statement of accounts, or other closing documents related to HOA dues? Click here to contact the PFHOA accountant, Lou Simpson!  Make sure to specify the property address that you need the statement for, and an email address to send the letter.  There is a $10.00 fee to generate the letter, which in most cases is paid through the closing of the refinancing or selling of the property. 

The first Events Committee meeting will be held Wednesday, March 19 at 7:30 at the Carey Busey Elementary School. We will develop ideas for 2014 including:

• Neighborhood Garage Sale
• Movies in the Park
