Greenside Lawn Care will be maintaining the PFHOA common areas this year.  They have offered a 20% discount off any service such as mulch, fertilizer and weed control applications, mowing and spring cleanups for everyone in Prairie Fields.

In addition, homeowners who sign up for an annual contract for a mowing or fertilizer weed control program get their first mowing or first application free.

Now the spring is around the corner and families may be thinking about a new deck, shed, fence or other structure, you are reminded that the PFHOA Covenant requires that your plan or proposal must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC), who review and ensure that your request follows the covenants that are required for your section.  


As you may know, Prairie Fields has 14 sets of covenants that must be complied with, and its the responsibility of the ACC verify your request follows the covenants. Most covenants address issues related to location on the property, materials used, colors (prairie earth tone colors), building permits, etc.  The ACC request form is available on the PFHOA  website. Please let ACC know if you have any questions or simply submit your plan on the website
