Carrie Busey volunteers needed

Carrie Busey would love to have you as a volunteer in the classroom or as help with things like copying, laminating, creating packets and bulletin boards, etc.  Our school day is from 8:10-2:05 and any time you could give would be helpful.  Please contact Paula Partin, at [email protected], for more information.  Following are just some of the times teachers are asking for volunteers:

Kindergarten:  mornings before 12:05 and afternoons beginning at 12:45.
First grade:  mornings before 11:05 and afternoons beginning at 11:35

Both classes are also asking for help with making copies, workbooks and materials for children and laminating.  Paula will train you in anything you will be helping with.  

CU One to One Mentoring matches a caring and responsible adult with a student in 3rd to 5th grade in need of an adult in their lives.  Matches only meet once per week, for 35 minutes, when school is in session.  I am mentor and I love it!  Training is coming up for  new mentors on Sept. 16. or Oct. 1 or Oct. 13 (choose just one date to attend).
